Apprenticeship industrial clerk (m/f/d)

During your apprenticeship, you will support all company processes from a business perspective, from order initiation, quotation and order processing to customer service after order realization. You will work in the areas of sales and marketing, procurement and stockpiling, service accounting and personnel as well as in liaison with other specialist departments and in smaller projects. Apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)

During your apprenticeship, you will support all processes relating to the planning and organization of national and international freight transport. You will advise customers on suitable means of transportation and packaging and prepare cost quotations and accompanying documents. You will learn measures for the commercial management and control of forwarding processes as well as the selection criteria and the conclusion of appropriate insurance cover. You will have contact with customers, drivers and colleagues.

Apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

During your training, you will work in the areas of roll forming, powder coating and special processing. You will learn how to control the flow of materials for our modern production facilities as well as quality assurance measures during production. The allocation and handling of factory, operating and auxiliary materials is just as much a part of the training content as the planning and preparation of work processes. You will also learn production techniques, control and regulation techniques and how to set up and operate our production facilities.

During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to assemble mechanical, electrical and electronic components into complex systems. How does the application process work at ROMA?

To apply to ROMA, we need a cover letter, your most recent school report and your CV. Once we have received your application, we will review it and coordinate with the relevant departments.

If we like your application, we will invite you to a personal interview. The personal interview will last approx. 30 minutes. We want to get to know you personally and gain a first impression.

If it suits both sides, we will invite you to a taster day, where you will get to know the working environment and future colleagues. In a final interview, we can clarify any open questions. Then welcome to the ROMA family!

Where and when do I go to vocational school?

Where and when you go to vocational school depends on the occupation you are training for. Some trainees only have school one day a week - others have block lessons.

How long does the training take and how much do you earn?

The apprenticeship usually lasts 3 years, with the exception of mechatronics technicians, for example, where the standard training period is 3.5 years.

You will receive over 1,000 euros per month in your first year of training.

What else does ROMA offer?
