In order to make optimum use of daylight, the slat types differ in terms of the type of light control, the degree of shading and, of course, the design. What all slats have in common is that they are precisely manufactured by ROMA from weather-resistant aluminum.
The slat shape enables unique opacity, flush design, concealed elevator hinges and wind stability.
The special cross-section reduces the incidence of light, optimizes privacy and ensures a linear appearance.
Exceptional appearance, velvety soft light, effective privacy protection and low light incidence - the three arches direct daylight particularly effectively.
Larger spacing between bars for better visibility. The slight slat curve makes it easier to direct the rays of light.

For the visible aluminum components of Roller Shutters, External Venetian Blinds and Textile Screens, you can choose from a wide range of colors in high-quality and durable surfaces. Design the element colors of your (visible) boxes, guide rails, end bars, end strips or drop rods entirely according to your wishes. The "matt fine structure, highly weather-resistant" surface is already standard at ROMA and combines a modern matt design with low sensitivity to dirt and scratches. A "matt smooth" surface is also available as an option.

The wind-stable version is suitable for wind speeds of up to 22 m/s with Triple-Curve Slat and up to 20 m/s with flanged slat.

Daylight technology
In the working position , the downward movement with open slats prevents the room from darkening and sets the slats to a sun protection position from the outset.

Motor-driven External Venetian Blinds are convenient, but immovable without a power supply! But nobody wants to be trapped in a darkened room in the event of a power failure. With the help of the battery backup for External Venetian Blinds, ten movement cycles are possible within 24 hours even without mains power and the battery is automatically recharged when the power returns.
