The integrated insect screen from ROMA is integrated in the box and offers the following advantages:

• Can be raised if required (e.g. window cleaning) and is optimally protected from the weather in the box

• Can be retrofitted at any time (prerequisite: suitable element dimensions and insect-proof guide rail)

• Convenient inching operation

• Pull cord can be moved sideways

• No annoying sash elements

• No cumbersome unhinging and stowing away in winter

Automated Textile Screens offer even more advantages: Textile Screens can be conveniently and reliably automated with the sun/wind package. Thanks to intelligent control, the systems react independently to changing weather conditions and are therefore optimally protected against the effects of the weather.

Textile Screens can be automatically controlled and protected with the Somfy sun/wind package.

Somfy io wireless wind sensors are available depending on the wind strength

Control your Textile Screens as intuitively as your lighting - with elegant wall switches or the handy ROMA radio control with light control function. The bidirectional touch display control Nina Timer io and the Chronis io radio timer enable automated operation. It gets even smarter with the TaHoma app, Loxone or Somfy Smart Home: control and program your sun shading conveniently via smartphone or tablet - even when you're on the move.

Motorized Textile Screens are convenient, but they won’t move without a power supply! But no one wants to be trapped inside their home during a power outage. With battery backup for Textile Screens, ten movement cycles are possible within 24 hours even without mains power, and the battery recharges automatically once power is restored.

Alternatively, you can choose a motor with an emergency hand crank . This allows you to operate the UNO Textile Screen manually using the emergency hand crank in an emergency or during a power outage.

Motors with blind protection function, except for the motors for battery backup and solar operation
