The ROMA zipSCREEN.2 with insect screen fabric effectively keeps flying pests away and ensures undisturbed summer evenings. The wide brush and an additional seal close the gaps for flying insects, even at the lower end of the system.

The integrated glass fall protection combines maximum safety with stylish design, including edge protection in the matching color. It offers the following advantages:

ROMA offers new possibilities for integrated fall protection with aluminum lattice elements. The holder for the grille is also integrated into the guide rail of the sun shading system.

ROMA offers new options for integrated fall protection using powder-coated aluminum sheet. The mounting bracket for the sheet is also integrated into the guide rail of the sun protection system. Ten different designs are available.

Control your Textile Screens as intuitively as your lighting - with elegant wall switches or the handy ROMA radio control with light control function. The bidirectional touch display control Nina Timer io and the Chronis io radio timer enable automated operation. It gets even smarter with the TaHoma app, Loxone or Somfy Smart Home: control and program your sun shading conveniently via smartphone or tablet - even when you're on the move.

Motors with blind protection function, except for the motors for battery backup and solar operation

Motorized Textile Screens are convenient, but they won’t move without a power supply! But no one wants to be trapped indoors during a power outage. With the help of battery backup for Textile Screens, ten movement cycles are possible within 24 hours even without mains power, and the battery recharges automatically once power is restored.

Alternatively, you can choose a motor with an emergency hand crank. This allows the zipSCREEN.2 to be operated manually using the emergency hand crank in an emergency or during a power outage.

With solar solutions from ROMA, you can combine modern summer heat protection with solar drive. Thanks to the new generation of solar components with powerful batteries and solar modules, complex electrical installations are no longer necessary. Solar package from Somfy (Fig. Somfy io) or from Elero incl. solar module, battery, solar motor and 1-channel wall transmitter Origin io (Somfy) or UniTec-868 (Elero).
