ROMA at R+T 2018: More flair for light and shade
When the world's leading trade fair for roller shutters, doors and sun protection systems opens its doors again from 27.02.-03.03.2018, ROMA, the leading brand for sun protection systems, will of course also be there. The Bavarian-Swabian company is inviting visitors and specialist partners to sharpen their sense of light and shade at one of the largest stands at the trade fair.
In Hall 5, Stand A52, visitors can experience the ROMA innovations for Roller Shutters, External Venetian Blinds and Textile Screens in an extraordinary way. On more than 1,100 square meters, ROMA will provide first-hand information about the many possibilities of modern ROMA privacy and sun protection solutions in all their facets.
In the unique ROMA LightRoom, specialist partners and visitors have the opportunity to experience light and shade in a completely new way and intuitively experience the effect of different types of blinds on people and their surroundings.
The highlight is the Red Dot award-winning ROMA Comfort & Design slat CDL: it combines outstanding sun protection and light control functions with a linear, closed look. This world first for External Venetian Blinds sets itself apart from all conventional systems in terms of design and function. The flat, linear slat shape of the ROMA CDL blends particularly harmoniously into modern buildings of any design and sets the new standard for design and function in External Venetian Blinds.
In addition, both the ROMA CDL and the completely new, specially developed SmartTurn hinge reel have been nominated for the R+T Innovation Award. SmartTurn makes it possible to change the elevator tape quickly and easily in a few simple steps and without dismantling the blind. In addition, a possible diagonal pull can be quickly eliminated using an adjusting wheel on the belt reel.
