    ROMA F50 for mullion and transom façades: External Venetian Blinds F50 & zipSCREEN F50

    The F50 façade systems from ROMA have been specially developed for use on modern mullion and transom façades. With the External Venetian Blinds F50 and the zipSCREEN F50, ROMA offers two perfectly coordinated sun shading solutions: for maximum function, clear design and uncompromising integration into the building envelope. The External Venetian Blinds and Textile Screens enable a uniform appearance - with a flexible choice between external light control and textile glare protection.

    The External Venetian Blinds F50 and zipSCREEN F50 systems ensure optimum daylight comfort. Whether light-directing slats or textile glare protection - both variants protect against direct sunlight and help to prevent overheating.

    Seamless integration into mullion and transom façades

    With a face width of just 50 mm, the guide rails in the F50 series fit flush into modern façade constructions. This creates an architecturally clear line - without visible transitions.

    Wind-stable even with high requirements

    ROMA F50 is wind-stable thanks to the closed connection to the façade system. The zipSCREEN F50's zipper-guided technology and the stable External Venetian Blinds guide ensure safe operation - even in exposed locations. The zipSCREEN F50 is wind-stable up to 117 km/h.

    Easy to install and well thought out

    The patented connection saves time and money: only one M8 stud bolt is required per point. In addition, the pre-assembled technology enables particularly efficient installation - without additional box fastening.

    Privacy screen by day and night

    The guide rails closed at the sides and optional double drop rods offer reliable privacy - even from an angled view. Ideal for conference rooms, living areas or doctors' surgeries.

    Optionally with quick focus and battery buffering

    For safety-relevant areas, the External Venetian Blinds F50 can be equipped with a quick retraction function. Even in the event of a power failure, the systems can be moved reliably thanks to battery backup.

    ROMA External Venetian Blinds F50: Robust light control with a system

    The ROMA External Venetian Blind F50 is the tailor-made external venetian blind for sophisticated façade solutions. Thanks to the newly developed steel spigot , it combines the blind and guide rail into a self-supporting system - fixing to the façade is no longer necessary. The 50 mm wide rails of the External Venetian Blinds are flush with the mullion and create a calm façade appearance.

The fully retractable drop rod and lacquered edges create a high-quality overall impression on an area of up to 18 m². The zipper guide of the Textile Screens ensures maximum wind stability up to 117 km/h - without any airflow behind.

    Colors and Fabrics of the zipSCREEN F50

    ROMA offers a wide selection of system colors in the ROMA color harmony. The Textile Screens are also available in different fabric types and degrees of opening:

    • Transparent fabrics (5 - 10 % opening factor) for balanced sun/glare protection and transparency

    • Anti-glare fabrics (1 - 5 % opening factor) for glare protection at the workplace

    • Darkening fabrics (0 % opening factor) for bedrooms or conference rooms

    • Optional printable fabrics for brand presentations
